I recently had the chance to stay at a hotel in Tokyo that perfectly blends traditional and modern elements. The location was excellent, just a 3-5 minute walk from Uguisudani JR Station, giving easy access to various attractions. While the room size was snug for my travel group, it had thoughtful amenities, including blackout curtains and free local calls, which added to the convenience. The staff, while accommodating, could have been a tad friendlier. I appreciated the 24-hour front desk, which was helpful, especially with laundry services available. Keep in mind that accessing the hotel involves navigating about 20 steps after the track bridge, which might be challenging with heavy luggage.
